Tabitha Seonaid was born July 31, 1999 at Frederick Memorial Hospital in Frederick, Maryland. Tibby is an old Scottish nickname.

School photos 2005
This and the photo you get when you click on the image are Tibby's pictures taken by Lifetouch School Portraits in the late summer of 2005. (Hence the sundress in the fall leaves.) I don't even bother to buy the sets her public school takes anymore. They're horrible compared to these, which are done at her daycare center.

Flower girl
Tibby was the flower girl in the wedding of Jim and Suzanne DiRocca on September 23, 2004 in Salisbury, Maryland. This is at the reception. Click for a photo of Tibby and her friend Henry, the ringbearer, walking back down the aisle after the ceremony. Henry's mother, Libby, made Tibby's lovely dress. |

Golf . . . pro?
Her form is a bit unorthodox, it's true. But she did sink the putt. Tibby's at Robert and Richards' birthday party at a miniature golf course, here. Click for another photo of her at the party, with Rory in the background obstructing Robert's shot at a different hole. And where's his mother? Taking a picture of his sister. lol |
Cherry Blossom Festival 2004
Every spring we take a trip to Washington, D.C. for the Cherry Blossom Festival. This year we went April 4th, just at the tail end of the "peak blossom" period. Here's tibby climbing a cherry tree with some boys. Click for a photo of her dangling her feet over petal-laden water, with cherry trees in the background. |

2004 School Picture
For some strange reason, this picture came out incredibly purple on the scan. The original's much better, I promise. Click on the photo for a bigger (but still purple) version. |
Spring '04 daffodils
Here's a picture of Tibby cutting Daffodils in our yard this spring. Click on this photo to see a picture of Tibby in our kitchen, which we redecorated with blue and white checked fabric. On the coat rack to the left is my LOTR jacket that Hubby made. The one Billy Boyd didn't get. :D |

BSO Kids' Series!
This was at the Myerhoff Symphony Hall on February 28, 2004. We heard the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra perform just under an hour of music. (Just short enough for 3-6 year old attention spans.) First they did "In the Hall of the Mountain King" by Grieg. (I told her it was just like Moria.) Then they told the story of Cinderella with costumed and masked performers and with puppets while the orchestra played. They finished with the William Tell Overture, explaining to the children that it was people riding on horses. Picture several hundred 3 to 6 year olds bouncing up and down on seats. Here she is with her friend Robert. Click on the photo for a picture of Tibby in the lobby. |
On Baltimore Sculptures
The Myerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore is located close to the Maryland Institute College of Art. For this reason, the area is filled with abstract sculptures and weird artworks, perfect for exploring. Here she's on a concrete chair. Click for a pic with Robert and Richard inside a sculpture. |

At White's Ferry on the Potomac
We went to the Potomac Celtic Festival in June of 2003, and Tibby posed in front of the Gen. Jubal A. Early, the ferry named for a Confederate General. She's wearing a dress of Lindsay tartan. We're Crawfords, and Crawford is a sept, or related family, of Lindsay. We can wear the Crawford tartan, but Lindsay's easier to find. (And lovely.) Click on the picture for a photo of her with her Grandad (my father) at the festival itself. He's wearing Crawford. |
Hoppin down the bunny trail
Tibby's adorable school picture from Spring of 2003. We call it "school," but really it's Celebree Learning Centers, a day-care facility in Mt. Airy, Maryland, where we live. Her only disappointment about the place was that she didn't get to ride a yellow school bus to get there. Soon enough, dear. Soon enough. |

Splashin!
Grandma in England sent this adorable set. The ladybug umbrella and polka-dot raincoat are precious! But my personal favorite are the "Wellipets", which are real green Wellington boots or "wellies" with froggy faces on the toes. Wonderful! Tibby was trying them out in the puddles of our driveway here. |
Sheep and Wool Festival, 2002
The Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival is held every year around the first of May. This year it was May 4th. Tibby liked the Cotswolds the best, with their cute curls. But Daddy liked the Romneys, because they reminded him of the sheep back home in Southern England. Click for a larger version of this. |

The yellow sweater set!
Another gorgeous sweater set, courtesy of Grandma! Note the 3D flowers on the hat, and the cord going across her chest is a handbag! |
Pennsic XXX
Adorable "straw hat" pic from Pennsic in 2001. She's age 2 here. See above for an age 3 pic where the hat seems a bit smaller for some reason. |
